Age: 18
Gender: Male
[Face Claim as Jun Watarase from the anime Happiness?!]
Xenneth’s appearance constantly consists of a derivative of French fashion considering his mixed parent’s heritage. It greatly explains his blue eyes that are European, but his facial structure being more feminine because of his mother who is Japanese. He has long flowing hair which is originally faded blonde, but he has colored it to a violet tint which he prefers more. He has a skinny body, and no apparent scars. He has a heart-shaped tattoo upon his right cheek which in combination with his hair that stops just below his shoulder blades gives him a feminine appearance.
When it comes to Xenneth and his clothing, he seems to prefer loose fitting clothing upon his body. However, due to mix-ups with his academy clothing sizes he constantly is seen wearing his skinny blue jeans and his standard Magician House Blazer. He has a peculiar skill at trying to knit which has made his sleeves slightly long enough to overlap the palm of his hands and the tail to stop short just below his bum. His head is usually decorated or adorned depending on his outfit and his mood as each rose color symbolizes a different feeling. His sneakers are usually a bright color, but otherwise, they are the standard Academy issued shoes.

::Personality::
Xenneth’s personality seems to be very...very...very...reserved?
Very introverted, Xenneth seems to have a very quiet nature and tries to keep to himself. Even though he is skilled in many areas, fascinated, and also can be courageous, he is so afraid of saying the wrong things or messing things up that he often does not even so much move a finger. Due to his past when it comes to dealing with pressure, difficult situations, and using his judgment in the absence of an advisor – he runs away. It usually reflects his feelings on the certainties of what makes a man a “man.” Because of his feminine characteristics in personality and appearance that he adores, but unsure why, he does not confidence in expressing himself.
Regardless of his own personality, Xenneth shows a fascination in certain people like himself. Drawn to the unusual presence of other individuals, he often takes interest when it deeply captivates him. Even then, he keeps his distance, but listens to his feelings when it comes to others: if they are scary, he is weary, but when they are silent as he is...he approaches with extreme caution in an attempt to see if he could offer assistance if needed. He is really caring to the point that he can even come out of his shell to help someone who may be in peril, and even completely forget about his insecurities, but afterwards, he can become very distant again if they take an interest in him. He is a good person, but he doesn’t feel he is good enough to have friends stronger than himself.
When it comes to certain roles, Xenneth can change depending on the situation. A leader role would be terrifying opposed to a supporting role in which he tries to offer his help to a degree in which he is capable. Because he does not believe in himself, Xenneth would feel he cannot offer much, but when a friend relies on him, he tries to push his fears aside to help them. He can become quite a helper in a pinch, especially when he gives the right kind of provocation in which he acts quickly.
One thing that greatly influences Xenneth and his perspective is his ability to faintly see duel spirits. Because of his unsuaul eyes, he feels that he is perhaps “crazy” which makes him feel he isn’t normal like most people. It took him years to clearly see the Apron of Nurses that surrounded him (a collective group of Nurses). Within time, Xenneth could clearly see a guiding group of Nurse Reficule duel spirits that traveled in a trio, and gave him a great anxiety about his life since he took it as a sign that he was perhaps “weird” and would be unaccepted because of it.
Xenneth generally is just a nice kid with great anxiety about whom he is.

~History~
A young woman by the name of Chiasa spent most of her time in a little house doing what she loved, growing flowers. She had done it most of her life, even past the time where she had married a French man who taken interest in her, but not so much her hobby. In the end, Chiasa, who longed simply to live a life with her family in her little shop had two children who were born and became accustomed to the scent of flora in their home. However, it was not enough for her husband Marius who eventually divorced her, allowing her to keep funding for her life’s work: her flowers, and support for her two children.
These events were well beyond Xenneth’s control, and are simply memories in the back of his mind for someone at the age of five. He constantly questions, even now, was he not enough for his father to stay around in his life, and takes example of his mother who he emulates. Little does Xenneth know, she retains an optimistic nature because he and his sister are people she adores in her life even if her divorced spouse wanted more such as to see the world. Regardless, Chiasa’s adoration for the simplistic lifestyle and family was something that rubbed off on Xenneth to the point that he thought more about being happy and loving rather than thinking about what was beyond his control.
Sadly, this did not go as well as he imagined. Even if Xenneth has a powerful urge to express himself and love himself and others, people do not agree with this notion because they always thought he was weird or strange. His loneliness, but considerate nature attracted a certain presence that dwelled from within his house for the next year. When Xenneth became seven years old, faint images of bandaged and tampered women had become almost fully visible to him and swept through the house like ghosts. It was only until they led him to his mother’s room that they guided him to one of her greatest possessions: a duel deck of healing cards.
Xenneth was not even aware of how to duel or even what dueling was at this time. However, with one question to his mother: “What are these mom?”
Xenneth’s mother opened up a whole new world of Xenneth, that of Duel Monsters. He spent time seeing how her deck work and even placed a combination of other cards he himself preferred. Rosetta would even shadow and follow him at times liking to witness him and their mother duel. It became a past-time as he helped as a cashier at the flower shop: Tokyo Bloom. Every time Xenneth would come home from school and it was an icebreaker to see what was going on in his head and a therapeutic session for her to teach him. Even seeing how his mother would duel against him, Xenneth would become fascinated seeing she used a deck that did not rely on a violent nature and instilled many lessons through a play of a card:
“A time to fight and a time to watch.”
“Do not rely solely on one method.”
“Always have faith.”
Xenneth learned many things from his mother and believed in his soft and gentle nature. Each day after school would become a bonding moment with the family over the next ten years. It had helped Xenneth to cope with how he felt different in school on a day-to-day basis, how to accept himself and to try to not compare himself to his sister who had a blooming gift of being a genius, and not mention the occasional conflict of feelings he had within him as his father would make appearances in his life on an occasion. Dueling was a way for Xenneth to believe he could do something right and to believe in the kindness he had retained by being overseen by his mother as they ran the flower shop.
So when the day he applied himself for a school for dueling, he had thought his dreams had come true!
Xenneth’s feelings of inadequacy made him feel that perhaps he could accomplish something by going to Duel Academy. Even if he felt he had no skills in particular, he had knowledge of flowers and his family’s business, and if he did very well in Duel Academy, he could better promote his families flower shop. Also, he saw Duel Academy as the perfect place to draw business and even garner some attention to the affiliates of the Academy. He was not sure about business smarts, but he knew he wanted to help his mother and be of some use to someone...anyone...
Enrolled in the Academy, Xenneth sets off to begin his journey to find himself and help his family’s flower shop that given him so much in the only way he knows how: dueling!
Regardless, Xenneth enrolls preparing himself to be some use.
