For a split second, Dante' couldn't help but wonder if himself and Bella had switched places for momentarily. Though they were best friends, Dante' had never noticed, probably too busy doing it himself, that Bells also seemed to avert her eyes when embarrassed in front of others. And although hers was accompanied with a slight blush, Dante' knew the position all too well, as the position she was currently in was around her, usually himself. Because of this sudden realization, he couldn't help but chuckle slightly. Although Bella and him were different people, with different personalities and upbringings, it seemed that in just a few things, Bells and him were almost exactly the same. He found it slightly hard to reply to her statement, so he instead decided to reply to only part of it instead, for embarrassment's sake. A small smile, almost undecipherable to all except Bella took residence upon his features. Although he didn't no how to respond, he was happy to hear it.
"Then, you're welcome, Bells."
After Bells began to stammer on about many things, among them not wanting to get away of his errands, Dante raised and waved a hand as if he was waving away the thought. Regardless of what she thought, she was not bothering him. Since he enjoyed her company, and of course wouldn't be still around if he didn't, he found it kind of absurd that Bells would say such a thing regardless of how polite it was for the situation. Besides, he knew that Bells also had errands to do, so technically he was getting as much in the way of Bells errands being completed as she thought she was getting in the way of his. Dante' got an idea, thinking quickly before turning back to Bella.
"You're not getting in the way, Bells. Anyway, I'd be more than happy to help you out for the day, but I'd like you to accompany me on my errands first. Since we both have things to do, I figure we could get them both out of the way, no?"

Isabella did her best to get her blush under control, she had been a bit embarrassed about asking him to help her, but he was her friend and she should know better then to get embarrassed about anything around him, after all Dante was there for her whenever no one else was. Her eyes quickly moved to his face whenever she heard the small chuckle and then shortly after he had a small smile on his face. She grinned happily, it was so rare to hear him chuckle or to see him smile... although most people probably couldn't even tell when he did it, he was a tough one sometimes, but Bella liked seeing him smile whenever she could.
"I think that will work out as well. I don't mind going with you on your errands at all, especially since you are helping me out so much today. It's only fair right? Plus it has been a while since we've hung out because of being busy."
Her eyes shown a bit brighter and she was so happy that he would be able to do this, and she liked his company so of course she wouldn't mind tagging along with him. Bella wasn't really the sort of person to get overly excited about things and she wasn't open around other people, but her best friend was someone that she could smile around and she was happy whenever he was with her. Bella couldn't help herself and she hugged him quickly. Perhaps it would surprise him a little bit, but ever since she had met him, Bella had had her weird moments of showing affection or happiness with him. They were both awkward when it came to other people, so things that came normally to most, seemed to take them more time to get used to. Bella wasn't always sure how you acted around a friend who was as close as he was, but she tried her best.

"That certainly is true," Dante agreed, they had certainly not hung out for quite a long time. Much longer than he had wanted. And so it was decided, they would jointly complete their errands, and go see his ferrety family thereafter in attempts to cheer him up from his depressive stupor. Although he was very used to Bells, and he was more easily embarrassed around her, he couldn't help but be happy about this. Perhaps it was the part of him shining through that wasn't exactly the full-package introvert. He hadn't gotten much time for leisure recently either with his maddening scramble of moving his residence, so getting to hang out with Bells and her lovable companion was something that while hard for him to directly admit, was something he was looking forward to. It had been far too long since he had gotten to spend time with the girl he considered his best and only friend.
He couldn't help but notice the rejuvenated life appearing in her eyes after he mentioned he was able to assist her for the day. He couldn't help but slightly feel bad because he began to understand how much he had probably missed her, and hoped he didn't let her down too badly. He turned to say something to her regarding it, but was interrupted with an action that if it was anyone else, would make his introvert presence resurface. She had hugged him, and he quickly hugged her in return before he let go as she pulled back. Although he didn't mind because it was her, as usual for Dante', he couldn't help but be a little embarrassed. Though he knew he averted his eyes, he tried hard not to make his embarrassment too obvious, instead opting to change the subject slightly.
"I'm glad we can hang out then, Bells. Shall we get going?"
Yes, he was certainly the same old Dante', and while no one except Bella would be able to guess this, he was embarrassed not because of the contact, but because he didn't mind it.

Isabella smiled softly as she looked up at him, his eyes were averted from hers, something that he often did whenever he was embarrassed about something. She knew this gesture, it was hard to miss considering that Dante was the only person that she had bothered to really get to know and learn about. It was okay though, she knew better then to mention it to him because that would probably just embarrass him further.
"Okay, where did you need to go first?"
Dante' would be leading the way for them since they were going to do his errands first. It would make things easier that way since Bella's errands including running to her apartment to grab Shadow.... that would be a bit out of their way so she was fine with following whatever he needed to do. Though now that they were going to get moving, Bella was a little curious about what he needed to do still. She stood near to him still, waiting to see which way he would turn. While she waited to see where they would go, she held her hands together and brought them up before her lips and blew on them gently to try and warm them up, her fingertips were started to feel a little frozen.

"Well, I was hoping to pick out some furniture perhaps," Dante started; he knew it would be best if he had already picked out some arrangements for his rooms. Somehow he had managed to forget this last part of his moving, although everything else had already arrived, so if one was to look into Dante's room, they'd notice that almost everything was neatly arranged amongst the floor, missing only the desks, tables, and stands it'd normally stand on. And while someone uneducated in this would think Dante' was some misplaced hippie abandoning the modern lifestyle, Dante' just had yet to finish moving in his spacious and equally empty dormitory. Because at the Academy, furniture had been provided, it was strange for him, and also a first, that he'd have to buy his own.
"I figured that, since my place was so barren it would be a good idea to liven it up a little. And since you'd probably have to come over sometimes to my fairly uncivilized, but equally cleanly room, I was hoping you could help me. I'm not exactly used to this." This was Dante's way of saying he thought a woman's touch would be useful to his room. Forgive him, he was simply not used to making requests for this. He realized it soon after, and prepared a way to explain it to her that would be useful to someone who wasn't trapped in his own head. "I guess you could say," He started, "That my inexperienced furniture selection could use the benefit of an experienced eye."
Contrary to urge, he looked at her directly when he said this, raising his hand to her hair and ruffling it a bit. Yes, he had just admitted he thought he clearly needed his help. However, he desperately hoped Bella wouldn't choose something too terribly un-Dante', but if anyone not named Dante' could choose something that could well fit him, he certainly trusted her more than anyone else.

"Furniture is good, you'll be needing it if you want to be comfortable. I just moved things over from the apartment, it was easier that way and I didn't really have much money so I figured it would be okay even if it is a little miss matched. The only one who ever visits me is you and you've already seen it all..."
Bella smiled softly, feeling a light warmth touch her cheeks and the tips of her ears. The first time Dante' had seen her apartment she had been very embarrassed because she didn't have a lot of money so most of her furniture was things that she had gotten over time... meaning that nothing really matched perfectly together. Though since that time, she had gotten used to him being around and he was the only person who came over since he was her only friend.
"I can try to help you out. I... I'm not sure how much of an experienced eye I have though. But, with both of us looking, I'm sure we can find the perfect things for your Dorm."
Hopefully she could prove to be of some help to him. Even though her furniture wasn't perfect, Bella had grown up in a fancy house for most of her youth and her family always had finely decorated furniture and when she was dragged around to show off at her fathers associates home, those places had always been nice and fancy with furniture that matched and fit the room perfectly. Thinking about it made her feel a little bit sad though, she hadn't seen her family since before she had entered Duel Academy those few years back.... and she was pretty sure that she wouldn't see them again any time soon.
Her eyes moved upwards as she suddenly felt him ruffle up her hair and she couldn't help letting her fallen smile return to her face once she had been pulled out of those thoughts of hers. Dante' was looking right at her and she was really glad that he was putting so much faith into her opinion, it really made her happy.

Dante' couldn't help but be happy at her comments. He knew he count count on Bells to try her best, that was obvious from the very beginning of their meeting. Regardless of situation, she always seemed to try her best, and he wasn't surprised that regarding her best friend she followed the same mannerisms. He was definitely grateful to have her to accompany him there, as he had no idea not only what to look for, but also what he was going to be doing there. He figured that with her help they really could find something awesome to put within his dorm so it would hopefully be a decent place for both of them. He figured that he was rather lucky, having actually gotten his financial aid pretty early so he could actually spend some of the money he had saved from working over the years while in school.
"I've heard there's some good shops for furniture type stuff around here, actually." Dante' stated in his matter-of-fact style tone, "Though, I wouldn't possibly know where to look for it. I'd say we should ask someone, but I'm sure we both know how we feel about that..." Dante' couldn't help but make a small joke regarding the two's introvert behavior. And if someone possibly thought he didn't already know he was an abnormal introvert when compared to the world around him, that would certainly eliminate that misunderstanding. He knew and took pride in it, and in that, he considered Bella a great match to be his friend, even when disregarding her substantial kindness. They seemed to go through the same problems, and were more similar than one would think.
"Maybe we could possibly find a map somewhere? I figure some stores have it, or one is standing around somewhere..." He couldn't help but feel like they were going to be a bit lost for a while, though he couldn't help but wonder where the maps where. Most shopping districts and malls had maps of where they were going, but he hadn't seen one in hours of walking. He certainly hoped he hadn't missed it in his daydreaming, because if he did, it would be a ways back in order to find it. Although he didn't mind walking and talking with Bella, as they likely even still had many things to catch up on.

It was going to be fun looking for furniture for Dante', while yeah she didn't have much experience, the two of them should be able to figure things out okay enough. The two of them were very similar, it seemed likely that they would have similar taste in furniture and things as well. Besides, Bella wouldn't mind seeing what he picked out ahead of time, she would probably visit him often as he would sometimes visit her as well.
"Well there are really only a few places that sell a lot of types of furniture, and if we keep going to the right and turn left at the light there then we should be right at one... I had to go there to find some things for my apartment before, they have both new expensive things as well as more bargain deals that don't cost as much."
Neither of them would have wanted to ask for directions just as he had said. A map would be useful to find more places if Dante' didn't like the furniture that was there. Though she also wasn't sure where you would get one. Since she had moved into the area, Bella had found her way mostly through trial and error because of her nerves when it came to talking with other people. Bella hoped that her suggestion might be helpful to him, especially since they didn't seem to know any other places or where to find a map to even get an idea of where such places might be.

"The deals sound sound like a good place to start; you know what they say about college. You'll never have enough money while you're attending it, and we just so happened to have recently started." Dante knew better then to go splurge on furniture, because college already was too expensive, even though they were all helped out by attending Duel Academy. He just needed a few things to liven up his room a bit, because it was simply too spacious for him to ever truly be comfortable. As much as he hated to admit it, even to himself, it was lonely, and while furniture wouldn't help that problem, it would help him to not be reminded of it as much, perhaps.
"Let's try the store you mentioned first. If all else fails, we'll go find a map." He hoped they'd find something that they'd both like, since she was the only person likely to ever been in his room besides himself anyway. Unless Bella decided to sneak Shadow over to his place as well of course. Though he wasn't very experienced looking for furniture at all, and typically described his taste as modern, but not at all specific. All he knew was he didn't like the other style that was sometimes common in houses that were designed to imitate an older look in their specifics. Dante, regarding anything, wasn't the type to be attracted to the classics.

Bella smiled warming, glad that she was able to be of some help to him. She took his hand without thinking about it and started to pull him along in the direction that they needed to go. It was only a couple of blocks around so they could walk there in no time... which was lucky for them considering that it was kinda chilly out, but hopefully moving would help to make things a little better.
"Sure, we'll go and have a look then. I think they had some decent furniture.... don't go by what I have because I was just looking for cheap things so I didn't really match them together well. I'm sure we can find things that match for you though so it looks nicer"
Well getting walking would help her get feeling warmer, she was starting to feel colder from the chill outside. Though it couldn't have been too cold because above them it suddenly began to snow. It wasn't a heavy snow, it was light and soft, barely dusting their surroundings before it would melt away. At least it wasn't sticking to the ground yet... that would make things difficult.

Strangely enough, Dante' felt himself turn away slightly, hiding an ever so small smile creeping onto his face from her vision. Clearly, he didn't smile often, and was more of the stoic type, so even a single smile out of him was an occasion that probably merited celebration. He turned back to her to say something else, but by the time he turned to face her again he was being pulled in that given direction. He noticed Bells' hurry to proceed in the direction of the store, and though it'd be hard for others to notice, she seemed to him to be rather cold. He caught up to her not to hold her back because he figured getting to the store quickly would be in their best bet today. Though, he felt lucky he was a half step behind her, because when he realized she took his hand, he momentarily looked away in Dante'-like concealing of his embarrassment. Though however embarrassed as he was, he didn't object, even in his thoughts.
"Are you cold?" Dante asked, concerned, because it seemed his winter-haired friend seemed to shiver ever so slightly in response to rather chilly weather. He didn't like snow that much, and the cold wasn't his favorite thing in the world. He moved slightly closer to her as they walked, hoping he could help to warm her if he could. Though the walk wasn't long to get to the furniture store he knew personally that cold weather wasn't fun to deal with, regardless of how much time one had to stand in it. He couldn't help but look around as the snow started to dust to the ground, melting away as soon as it touched the surface. Winter was certainly on his way, and he never seemed to be ready for it's emergence. The cold always seemed like a barren abyss waiting for him at the end of every year, and the beginning of every holiday season. Though he did like the holidays, surprising as it may seem, snowfall was always the unwanted addendum.

Isabella was glad that she was able to see him smile before she had started pulling him along. It wasn't often that it happened, but it always made her want to smile along with him for some reason. She gently pulled him along, not walking too fast so that she wouldn't end up dragging him along instead of walking with him. Though as they were walking, Bella appeared to be oblivious to the fact that he was embarrassed by her walking around with his hand in hers.
"Um, well I am a little bit cold. I thought walking might help to warm us up a little bit... well if you're also cold. We can slow down, I don't mind."
Bella smiled softly, as she slowed down her pace a little more, she had shivered a little bit, but she tried not to let it show since she didn't want to be a bother to him. They weren't far from the store after all, and once inside they were sure to have heat so this was fine. And even though it was cold, Bella had to admit that there was something nice about walking with Dante' out here in the show, it seemed kinda peaceful and pretty out here..... she quickly blushed a little bit, not really sure why she was thinking this way right now.

"No, you're right." Dante replied, looking back in her direction promptly. "It is rather cold out here, perhaps I'm not quite yet prepared for the winter." It was true, Dante didn't like cold temperatures at all. He agreed that walking a bit fast might be a better way to warm up, as the frosty late-autumn day was seeming to try and bridge into winter before their very eyes. Regardless, Dante only kept pace with her. He figured that in this kind of weather, it wouldn't be nice to run ahead of your friend anyway. Regardless of the snow, Dante knew that Bells probably disliked it just as much as he did, so he figured it would be only fair to share the pain, especially with how close they were. Although, it did strike his thoughts to be very thankful that this furniture place was a delivery service, and he didn't have to find a way to transport it, seeing as winter was rearing it's looming curse.
"Whichever pace you prefer is fine, Bells." He resumed his gaze in the direction they were walking, re-claiming his neutral shell in appearance, but not in tone of voice. Though it others would be oblivious, Dante clearly had a softer tone, that only Bella and family would be especially familiar with. He looked towards the sky slightly, re-focusing his attention upon the gently falling snowflakes as they blended in with his silvery hair and melted upon contact. He paused for another few seconds, before continuing, his glaze not averting from his unknown target of perspective in the distance. "I trust your judgement, Bells. I'd thought you knew that already."
And in just that moment, his extremely rare, teasing, and impossible to hide smile was shining in full form.

Bella glanced over at Dante' as he spoke and was matching her walking pace and walking close to her. Dante' was a really sweet guy even though he tended to be a bit of an introvert whenever he was around other people. While he said that he might not yet be prepared he still didn't look like he was all that cold. She laughed softly to herself as she watched him, he was an odd one and she was sure that most people wouldn't really be able to read him too easily, but Bella was really happy that he was her best friend.
"Well then I don't mind walking at a normal pace...it might be a little cold, but the snow looks kinda nice."
Most people were would probably look a little funny out here walking around in the snow because of the white flakes that would land in their hair and stick there, but both of them happened to have that white colored hair already, so it was hard to see any snow that landed there. His words quickly had her blushing once again even though there was a warm smile on her lips. Bella glanced over at Dante' and noticed he was looking upwards though he had an actual visible smile that anyone would be able to see. This was even more rare then his other smiles that only she usually happened to notice on him.
"I do know Dante', it's just like I always trust your judgement on things." Bella smiled even brighter as she continued walking she knew that she was still holding onto his hand, but it was helping to keep her warm and he was her best friend so she didn't let it go.

Even though it was never in Dante's nature to show it, he couldn't help and be happy at the fact that Bells' trusted his judgement as well. Sure, he already knew that, but it was nice for him, an overly stoic introvert who preferred not to get involved with most people and situations in life, actually being trusted was something fairly new for him. Even such, Dante' experienced the same reaction as he usually displayed regarding these emotion with people. That reaction is, specifically, not even remotely understanding how to react. It was Dante's turn to look away in embarrassment for more than the second time today, before he turned back to Bells briefly.
"Thanks, Bells. I'm very happy to hear that." Dante said sincerely, before looking back at the sky shyly. Dante really did have his moments where despite his stoic exterior he was bashful when it came to be honest with how he felt about things. Even though Bella and him were best friends, he still wasn't very used to sharing his thoughts with others. Though he was trying to work on that with Bella, it still wasn't second nature to him, and sometimes he found it difficult articulate what he was actually trying to say. Suddenly, he came to be able to understand how Bella when upset or embarrassed came to find her shoes so very interesting.
He looked over to her, taking note of her light blush and smile, and gently squeezed her hand unconsciously. Even through his embarrassment, he couldn't help but be grateful of their relationship. Regardless of his inability to comfortably communicate with people, or even with most to make a simple friend, the one exception in his life was that he could make his friend Bella happy. And as incomprehensible as a single friend would be to most others besides him and his friend, to Dante', a single friend that he believed he could trust was all that mattered.
